Za’atar
Za’atar is s a traditional mix of well-washed, dried and ground thyme leaves, mixed with a variety of spices such as salt, sumac and roasted sesame seeds. This blend is rich in flavor and high nutritional value. Za’atar is present in every Palestinian house. The seasoning alongside with olive oil are considered to be the main part of the daily breakfast in local cuisine. Our za’atar is known not only from its special taste, but also from the certificates it carries – Organic/Bio-EU and Fairtrade.
