Eggplant Makdous Stuffed Pickled Eggplant

We offer you delicious makdous which is prepared from the finest fruits of eggplants, cultivated by Palestinian farmers. Palestinian women choose small fruits of a distinctive colour and size to ensure the best taste. To prepare makdous, women from the cooperative fill Boiled eggplants with a mixture of walnuts, garlic, pepper and other spices. Then they preserve stuffed aubergines in oil. makdous is served as a delicious and nutritious appetizer. Our makdous boasts Halal and PSI certificate.
