In a calm village near Nablus there is a group of creative women who decided to make a change in the society. They cooperate together in making soap, preparing pastries and producing traditional palestinian pickles. They even run a small mini-market to give local people access to the best homemade products. Under Mawasem brand they produce makdous (stuffed eggplant).
