Our exceptional olive oil is made in Yasouf, north of Palestine. At the hills of this calm village olive trees have perfect conditions to grow and provide you with premium olives. This is why we chose the Yassouf Cooperative for extra virgin and organic olive oil production.

Farmers need to trust each other and cooperate very well in order to cultivate olives according to high-standard organic requirements. The final effect – Mawasem Organic Olive Oil – is a huge success of all of us.

In 2005, the assembly line for the production of olive oil was completely rehabilitated in order to ensure the best quality of the Palestinian product. Recently their olive oils has been successfully certified as organic (Bio-UE), Halal and Fairtrade.
