Our unique maftool (palestinian couscous) is produced in Beit Fourik Cooperative located near Nablus. There are fifteen skilled and hard-working women members who has been making maftool for seven years now. Their leader – Basma – says that maftool is an essential elements of Palestinian traditional cuisine and its production enhances the palestinian identity among local citizens.
