Beit Al-Karameh is an agricultural cooperative established in 2013 in Beit Douqqo village in the north west of Jerusalem. 47 members of the cooperative work eagerly for the best quality of grape molasses. The success is possible thanks to the unique location of the village mountains and the adaption of the best agricultural practices by the farmers.
