Bardala cooperative lies in the old and historic Bardala village near the mountains of Jordan Valley. The cooperative was established in 2010 and is specialized in livestock production.

Among its sixty members, there are both highly-experienced ones and youngsters willing to implement modern agricultural practices. In order to support the farmers in looking after their livestock and providing the best milk for lebneh (cheese balls), there is a vet pharmacy established by the cooperative in the village.

Mawasem lebneh is produced in Bardala cooperative according by the highest safety and quality standards.
